These terms set out how we work together when you hire Kha Builds (operated by Kha, based in Vietnam). They are written in plain English so we both know exactly what to expect.
1. Quotes, scope, and working hours
Every project starts with a written scope and a fixed price in USD agreed before any work begins. You work directly with me from first message to launch.
My working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 Vietnam time (UTC+7), and I reply to messages within one working day.
2. Pilots and diagnosis
I do not do free speculative work. If you want to test how we work together first, you can book a paid pilot or a $90 Quick Diagnosis.
One paid pilot can be credited once toward a project of $500 or more if you confirm that project within 14 days of pilot delivery.
3. Payment schedule
All prices and payments are in USD. Projects up to $300 are paid 100% upfront. Projects from $301 to $1,500 are paid 50% to start and 50% after you approve the working demo before launch.
Projects over $1,500 are paid 40% to book, 40% after the full working demo is delivered, and 20% after approval before launch. Monthly plans are billed in advance.
4. Working demo, feedback, and changes
Before anything goes live, I share a full working demo for you to test. Standard projects include two rounds of grouped feedback (paid pilots include one round).
Requests that fall outside the agreed scope or come after the included feedback rounds are always welcome and will be priced clearly before I build them.
5. Ownership and handover
Once final payment is complete, you own the custom work built for your project and receive every login.
Your domain, hosting, and third-party accounts stay in your name from day one so you are never locked in.
6. 30-day bug fixes
Every project launch includes 30 days of free bug fixes for anything I built that is not working as agreed in the scope.
This support covers defects in my work; it does not cover new features, third-party outages, or issues caused by edits made after handover.
7. Third-party costs
You pay directly for any third-party services your project needs, such as domain registration, hosting, paid add-ons, app or store developer accounts, and external API usage fees.
I will list any expected third-party costs in your quote before you sign so there are no surprises.
8. Monthly care and delivery plans
Optional monthly care plans and agency delivery plans are paid in advance for each month and cover the specific checks, hours, or deliverables listed in your plan.
Unused monthly hours do not roll over, and you can cancel or switch plans before your next monthly billing date.
9. Agency and white-label work
When you hire me as an agency partner, all work is delivered white-label under your brand. I am happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.
I take feedback only through your team, never contact your end client directly, and never claim public credit for white-label projects.
10. Pausing and cancelling
If you need to pause or cancel a project midway, let me know in writing via the contact form or our project thread.
You will only pay for the stages and work already completed up to that point, and I will refund any unused portion of an advance payment.
11. Liability and expectations
I build clean, well-tested work, but I cannot promise search engine rankings, sales numbers, business results, or uninterrupted third-party uptime.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, my total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the total amount you paid me for that specific project.
12. Resolving issues
These terms apply to all work with Kha Builds (operated by Kha, based in Vietnam). If a disagreement ever comes up, we both agree to talk in good faith first to find a fair, practical solution.
