Can you work on a website or app someone else built?
Yes. We usually start with a $90 Quick Diagnosis or a $300 App Rescue Audit so I can inspect the setup and give you a fixed quote.
Can the $90 diagnosis be credited toward a larger fix?
Yes. One paid diagnosis or pilot can be credited once toward a project of $500 or more if you confirm within 14 days.
How does payment work for fixes and monthly care?
One-off work up to $300 is paid 100% upfront, and jobs from $301 to $1,500 are 50% to start and 50% after approval. Monthly care plans are paid in advance each month.
How quickly do you reply when something goes wrong?
I work Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 Vietnam time (UTC+7), and reply within one working day—or within four working hours on Care Priority.
