This website is run by Kha Builds (operated by Kha, based in Vietnam). I work as a one-person studio designing and building websites, business apps, and automations.

When you send an enquiry through this website, your message comes directly to me and is not routed through a sales team or call centre.

2. What the contact form collects

When you fill in the contact form, I collect the details you choose to share: your name, email address, business name, current website (if you add one), service needs, budget range, timeline, and message.

You only need to share what is helpful for starting our conversation.

3. How I use your information

I use your details solely to read your enquiry, reply to you, prepare an accurate quote, and deliver our project if we decide to work together.

I never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, and I will never add you to a marketing mailing list without asking.

4. Analytics and cookies

This site uses only essential cookies needed for basic site functions and basic privacy-friendly analytics to see general traffic patterns, such as which pages are visited.

I do not use invasive tracking pixels, cross-site advertising cookies, or behavioural profiling.

5. How long I keep your data

If we do not end up working together, I keep your enquiry only as long as needed for our conversation and normal studio records.

If we work together, I keep project communications, quotes, and invoices for as long as needed to support your project and meet basic bookkeeping rules.

6. Asking for a copy or deletion

You can ask for a copy of the information I hold about you, ask me to update it, or ask me to delete it at any time.

To make a request, simply send a short note through the contact form on this website and I will reply within one working day.

7. Changes to this policy

If I update this policy to reflect how the site or studio works, I will post the new version here and update the date at the top of the page.
